Can't complain. My last experience before this about the delay in arrival of a tire was mitigated by some concessions I was happy about. Maintenance recently done was excellent with an appreciation for a call (re: warranty, wipers) before they proceeded. This is why I have always been a Benz gal 😁 First car ever owned, never looked back!

Great experience on service department with my 2024 GLE350 . My windshield and wipers being replaced with no charge, even though I was out of range the shuttle came to pick me up and drop me off. Very convenient ! Kevin was communicative and did everything for claim submission. Service I received equivalent to Mercedes brand name ! I would rate 10 star instead of five if I could.

I did not buy my used GLA250 at this Mercedes but I will say Kevin was fantastic when I brought it in for a back up camera issue. I was treated very well even though that had not earned my business prior in terms of a sale. The only down fall to my review was that it took 3 days to determine that my camera was an aftermarket camera and not OEM so could not be repaired there. But overall the treatment of customers is very good. Will consider them in the future for other possible service needs.

It was a good experience overall but I have a concern with the costing? Generally, and In the past, the inspection cost is absorbed by the Mercedes if the client agrees to go ahead with the repairs as estimated. But in this case we were asked to pay the inspection cost on top of full repair cost which is not a general practice. Thanks
